The Covington city pools -- Randolph Park, Goebel Park and Gus Sheehan in Botany Hills -- as well as the Covington Waterpark will open for the 2010 season today.

Marvin Lewis student rewards program expanding to Covington

Northern Kentucky will be Insight's second market that will transition to an all-digital service.
Insight is determined to focus on the much larger launch associated with the digital conversion, including multi-room DVR's and Broadband speeds at 50 Mbps and higher.

Covington man sentenced to 150 months for drug, gun crimes
Maurice S. Lovett, 30, of Covington, Ky., was sentenced Thursday to 150 months in prison for distribution of crack cocaine and possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking.

Lutheran synod in Covington expected to name new bishop
The denomination's Indiana-Kentucky Synod, which is having its annual assembly in Covington, through Sunday, is electing a successor to the Rev. James Stuck. Stuck last month announced he will retire Aug. 31 after 12 years as bishop.
