EARTHQUAKE SHAKES COVINGTON
Did you feel the earthquake this afternoon?
A strong earthquake measuring 5.5 rocked Ottawa and Montreal in eastern Canada Wednesday afternoon, the United States Geological Survey
reported. Tremors could be felt in Covington. At 1:47 pm, a Facebook user in Covington noticed
the tremor and made note of it online.

All residents in the City of Covington are required to have their dogs licensed annually. The licenses are due July 1st.
NKU plans to restore Banklick Creek, create wetlands in Latonia
Staff from Northern Kentucky University has restored streams and wetlands all over Northern Kentucky and now hope to work on 30 acres along Banklick Creek in Latonia.
