Covington organizer blamed thunderstorm;
other areas went ahead with effort

A lightning-intense storm at daybreak yesterday caused the local River Sweep effort
to be postponed. Covington organizer John Coulter said he also would announce rain-date
plans Monday for a cleanup of Covington's shoreline. Other communities decided to go-ahead.
