river banks this weekend

River Sweep is a one-day shoreline cleanup that extends the entire length of the Ohio River and some of its tributaries. The sweep is scheduled for Saturday, June 19, from 8:00 am until noon. | STORY

Farmer's Market will be
open during GoettaFest

Chosen again in 2010, for the eighth consecutive year, as one of the Summer's Top Ten Festivals and Events by the Kentucky Tourism Council, MainStrasse Village "Original" Goettafest invites you to join in the excitement. The weekly Farmer's Market on Sixth Street will be open Saturday during the festival.

Cincinnati overrun by bedbugs
"They harbor in your bed, bedroom furniture, and they come out in the middle of the night," explained Kenneth Diotte, branch manager with Terminix. "They're like vampires: they suck blood. A lot of people will have some kind of mark from a bed bug bite, but a lot of people won't."
