owner blames the Almighty
Pike Street Cafe suddenly closed last week after the owner says she was forced out of her leased storefront after the building went into foreclosure. "God is in control of our lives, so we must walk where he wants us to walk," wrote the owner.

Jimmy Dean, a country music legend for his smash hit about a workingman hero, "Big Bad John," and an entrepreneur known for his sausage brand, died on Sunday. He was 81.
